Meet Stephen Patrick

In 1987, Stephen Patrick took over the real estate side of the business. In a addition to being a broker, he is now the President of the company. Stephen is a member of the Winnipeg, Manitoba and Canadian real estate boards and a member of the Independent Real Estate Brokers of Manitoba. 

Meet Jean Ancel

Jean has been in involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years in both resale and new home sales. She brings her knowledge of the real estate industry and commitment to Patrick Realty Ltd. Jean makes sure that home buyers are notified immediately of any new listings in their desired price range and neighborhoods. Either by e mail, fax or phone she makes sure you don't miss out on any new listing.

Jean also assists Stephen in marketing homes, scheduling appointments, and providing vendors with weekly market reports.
